This purchase was almost pain free, hence the 4-star only rating. The PetEdge website was easy to navigate right up until I came to the cumbersome ordering process. That must be improved! If I’m paying with PayPal, there should be no reason to fill out my name, address, phone, etc. Aside from that, the item I ordered arrived in record time and in good shape. I was very pleased to see that the price PetEdge charged was lower than other vendors I considered.

5 Stars is good for businesses who send you your order quick like you did . Plus they sent you all that you ordered with the exception of a back order. Thank you again, Plus they are very nice people to deal with.

I will NEVER order from you again!!! I’ve written an email and still haven’t gotten a response. My clippers have been back ordered too many times. I cannot do my job because you don’t send the stuff needed! I’m going elsewhere to do my business from now on. And I will be spreading the news to NOT ORDER FROM PETEDGE!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Their prices are better than anyone else's, and their turnaround time on orders is very good. My only criticism is that they are often out of popular items, and they often don't know when they may be receiving replacements.

Love the disinfectant. Have used it for years but was pleased during pandemic to find out it could be used for COVID cleaning too.

Everything was great until I was informed that one of the items I ordered was on back order. It would have been fine to wait for the item but because this one item out of my substantial order did not meet your minimum the order was cancelled.

The prices are good for everything. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. I love the company and everything ships pretty fast!

As promised, products delivered in a few days early as well.
