Reliable and dependable deliveries, with clear delivery dates and tracking. Requesting an invoice for tax purposes is streamlined and neat. Their packaging seems to reuse/recycle some materials, which I like a lot. They do not use packing peanuts, which is a huge plus for me. There's MUCH less mess when unpacking products shipped by PetEdge. The only improvement I would make is, describing the products a little more thoroughly. I did recently purchase a RTU spray on accident. I like the bottle a lot, so it was a happy accident (but a good lesson).
