Love the products,sales and specials
Love the products, sales and specials. I have been with Pet Edge for many years, even back to when it was New England Serum (I think it was called). Older now & simi retired 50+years. Great company, great service.

Should've used Amazon
Even thought the expensive pet trimmers were not listed as backordered. We were not informed of this until the other portion of the order shipped. Unfortunately I used Affirm for the purchase and I currently still owe for a product I will never recieve. Pet Edge resolution for this issue? "Contact Affirm." Guess what Affirm said "contact the vendor. It wasn't Affirms error. But clearly using PetEdge was mine.

Hi there, we would love to help you out with these issues unfortunately, there is no information for us to assist you. Please call us 800-738-3343 M-F 8am-6pm CST so that we can assist you with your issues, as PetEdge doesn't take any money from a customer until an item ship however, we do process an authorization and would be happy to figure out the issues. Thank you PetEdge
