Two of the black shampoo bottles were busted in shipping. I didn’t contact customer service to complain. I had some empty shampoo bottles that I could transfer the shampoo into so not a whole lot of the shampoo got wasted so it wasn’t too bad just inconvenient. Other than that everything was good. Thanks

The service representative not only researched the item, but placed the order for me and ensured I got the free shipping as advertised. The order arrived at my door in only four days.
