Sandy was not only helpful in explaining the reason for delay in receiving the portable grooming table as was initially stated but did so in such a manner as to allay any hard disappointment. She then recontacted when the shipping date was verified to keep us apprised. When I asked to speak to her supervisor as I wanted to let them know what a great job she had done and that I felt she deserved acknowledgement she stated she was a manager. I feel fortunate that when I called I was directed to her. I hope she is valued in the company and compliment her on her skill with representing petedge in such a positive and professional manner. It was refreshing to deal with someone like her. Thank you. Sincerely, Eileen and Steve Faughnan

I love the Andis #10 blades and the metal haircutting "combs" set. They work well. It takes a minute to get the hang of putting on and removing the guides, but they work very well.
