Just finished setting up my table Come when they said. Everything was there, directions could be a little more detailed. But got it figured out. Very pleased with it

PetEdge is my favorite place to purchase supplies for my grooming shop. They are fast at shipping, they usually have what I need and most important, they always include a printed receipt with the purchase prices in with the items I ordered.

I purchase a clipper and it came with the stainless steel combs and then before they shipped it the clipper went on sale and so they charged me the sale price and then they also charged me for the comb set and now I am paying 13.99 more than when it wasn't on sale!!!!!

I am so sorry this has happened. Unfortunately our Vida clippers only come with the plastic guide combs and not the stainless steel combs. I see that you added the stainless steel combs to your order for an additional fee. The clippers still come with the plastic guide combs. Please accept our apologies for the confusion and thank you for being a PetEdge customer. We appreciate you.

Availability of items I required (Flea/tick topical, dogs) was not available. For the items I purchased, requiring a small box, was shipped in a large box and cost a fortune in shipping ($40/US) and then customs on top of that ($40/CDN), so makes purchasing from you not financially feasible. Doubt I will order again, and I have been a long time customer.

You send me order incomplete

Thank you for the review, unfortunately we have more than one warehouse. When all items to an order are not available at the same warehouse they have to ship out separate so we can get your order out for you! I do show the whole order has shipped.
