I never received my package, it was delivered to the wrong house. UPS is investigating. Had to redo my whole schedule due to the inconvenience and buy a pair of clippers from somewhere else as i couldn't afford for this to happen again.

Great fast service. Everything I ordered, I received two days later! We ordered them as prizes for our obedience trials. So tried to find small, medium and large soft toys. I did find the Bitty Buddy to be pretty small even for small dogs--I don't have a small dog so not sure if that will be true. They sure are cute, though.

I ordered multiple gallons of shampoo. One of them was supposed to come with a free item. It was not included. I emailed customer service and the email has been ignored. Contact after the sale was very poor. No shipping date etc was provided. While the products themselves might be good, customer care is not.
