I had an issue with a bottle that had leaked in my shipment. I'm pleased to say that after it was brought to customer service's attention, the matter was resolved beyond my expectations, within a few days, and with a friendly, personal phone call.

I was sent the wrong item. I ordered the Andis #10 ceramic edge but was sent the original which I do not need. I sent in a return request but no one got back to me. Otherwise all the other items were what I wanted and work great.

The product we ordered came in a timely manner. I was not pleased with the way it was packed. I had ordered 8 boxes and at least half of them opened up during shipping. I was able to close them for the most part, but the integrity of the boxes was compromised.
