I’ve been with this company since 1994. I’ve been there through the good parts and the not so good parts. My order was received quicker than I was told and nothing was on back order, so very happy about that:)

I placed an order on 9/9/22. Orders generally ship out within a day or two, however, it's one week later and my order is still "Pending". Their excuse is that the holiday weekend slowed down shipping. What a crock of crap. Holidays are not 'unexpected' and they could have planned for a holiday Monday with no UPS service. Idiota.
