Arrived in good shape easy to put together,I purchased the electric lift and love it but it would have been nice with door instead of lifting large dog over the side. But saves your back for sure, but planning on raised platform so hopefully just enough for the big dogs jump in easily.

Product arrived opened, leaking, 1/2 gone and the spray nozzle was too long that it wasn’t the right 1 for the bottle. Another product was damaged and customer service was rather rude. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again!

Hi there, we have reviewed your account and all of the communications with you. We see where our customer service specialist sent you free replacements on all the products, but the Zymox and we do see where you called in and spoke with Maci where we listened to the call and she had told you the one Zymox with Cortizone had already shipped out, and it we need to be returned for a refund. We will have a Customer Support Specialist contact you today to see what else we can do. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your issues, we do appreciate your business at PetEdge.
