Terrible customer service. Customer service rep ignored my requests and continuously argued with me instead of resolving the problem. I ordered 8.5 inch curved sheers for $120. I received 7.5 inch sheers in an unprofessional, childish glitter pouch. I emailed the customer service team with my concerns, and included a picture of the sheers next to measuring tape. I was responded to by, "Mike Bernardo Customer Care Lead Boss Pet/PetEdge LLC 800-738-3343", who continuously argued with me that I was send the correct product. With each email I stated that I want to return the product, and I was unhappy with it. He first argues that all attachments are included in the length. I reply that, clearly in the picture even with all that it doesn't exceed 8" and I want to return them. He simply responds, "See below, our products may vary 1/2 inch to 1 inch." I get it, you send out whatever you want, take my money, and I can just suck it. Thanks a lot

My NP Molly was great, very through, informative, and knowledgeable about my case, I didn't feel like a number. The phlebotomist was also excellent as was the receptionist

Hi there, although it sounds like you had a fantastic phlebotomist, and I hope to get her when I need bloodwork this is PetEdge we are all about your pet needs, and anything you would need for grooming your pets. We love that you have taken time out to give her a shoutout but want to make sure it gets noticed on the right Trust Pilot review company. Great Job Molly we just can't take credit for your great review ♥

Everything perfect, seller totally recomended
Response from PetEdgeMar 22, 2023
Hi Charles, we reviewed your online order you had placed, and reviewed the UPS tracking as well. Everything matched to what you put in. We also do see the notes that show your package was left at the front desk and one of our support specialists was able to reach the front desk, and let you know they had your package. We apologize for the misunderstanding of your delivery, and added your name to your account so when you purchase online in the future it should show updated. Please call us with any questions you may have as we truly appreciate your business at PetEdge and hope that this resolves the issue. Thank you!
