Mary Tanzillo really came through for me regarding three hydraulic grooming tables. She kept me updated every few days as to what was going on with them. They were on back order and coming from a different location. Just great service!

Well 1st my package sat for 2 or 3 weekdays for UPS to pick up. Then when I got it, it was missing some parts. They couldn't send a replacement part due to not having any parts. My only option is to send the dryer back and wait yet again for it to get there, then wait again for a replacement to be sent to me. Not so happy as I really needed this dryer at work.

Unfortunately the dryer is a brand new dryer we have added to our extensive lineup, and we do not have replacement parts available for these yet. As our customer service representative informed you, once you have dropped off the dryer at UPS you can immediately contact us to have your new dryer sent out, no need to wait for it to return!
