There generally seems to be issues with the website. Once again, I was not able to put in the proper address and spent a major amount of time trying to get the address put in properly. Never happened. Tried calling, website was down. I had also been trying to order clippers for over a week and by the time I actually got through the pair of clippers I really wanted where all no longer available.

These are the best nail trimmers I have worked with. I have been a rCVT for approximately 20years and these nail trimmers cut every time.

The Aussie Dogs are fantastic, and we see that you're set for a while on nail trimmers, and we understand you simply have to have the best. Our employees use them here too, because they cut right every time. Thank you for taking the time to give us a positive review, we appreciate you and your business! PetEdge 🐕❤️

Disappointing website and service. I haven't used Pet Edge for over 5 years. The new site isn't very user friendly. Needed to update my address. I attempted it and your system said it was not valid and to call customer service. That was a pain and even more so since I wasn't successful getting through multiple times. I finally just broke down and had it sent to my daughter 400 miles away. Wasn't an enjoyable experience. Please, update your search machines and phone service router. I'll check ya again in another 5 years.

Hi Jym, we are sorry to hear that our site wasn't user friendly, and we do see the item is sending to your daughter's address. We did try to contact you to see what was happening during your transaction so we can fully resolve and send to our IT team. We apologize for the many inconveniences you had and did try to find your call into us at the number on your account, and unfortunately, we had no entries with that number. We would love to speak with you, and we did leave you a message this morning to understand what happened a little better. Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to your call. 800-738-3343 M-F 8am-6pm CST Thank you PetEdge.

Price and delivery were OK, but they didn't work to remove mats as anticipated. Sharp scissors and a fine comb worked better.
