Hi there! Our offices and warehouses are closed on Saturday and Sunday and then were closed on Monday Memorial Day as well. Our 800-738-3343 did reflect that we were closed on the weekends, and Monday Memorial Day. I do see you sent an email, and our support team was able to resolve any issues you were having. We will have one of our customer service specialists reach out to you to ensure a full resolution. Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs we do appreciate your business!

Products from Pet Edge in this part of my order seem nice. I gave 2 stars because the shipper left my items (several hundred dollars) at the end of my street out in the open. Anyone could have taken the box. I happened to be there in a timely manner. They need to deliver a heavy box to my address and not leave it where anyone could take it.

Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experience, we are unaware why the carrier left your package like that but will be looking into the delivery information to hopefully get more information. We appreciate you, and thank you for choosing PetEdge, we truly value your business!
