The one reason they got a 4 star and Nathan a 5 because I couldn't access my account through the internet they told me they were having problems on there end. I was able to call in the order and get it filled this way with no hiccups. The call center people were kind and helpful and my order was delivered in a timely manner.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely, and noticed that it will be to your door tomorrow. Please call us at 800-738-3343 if you would like your tracking number. With our shipping we ask that you allow 24/48 hours for processing, and 3-7 business days for shipping, and we don't include Saturday and Sunday as business days. Thank you for your understanding as a smaller business we don't have as quick of shipping, and we appreciate your support, and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

I was told by the agent that I would receive my item on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I ended up not receiving it until Friday afternoon. I called to speak with a supervisor about the situation and she offered zero solutions but to cancel my order. Poor customer service all around. Do not order from them. Groomers Choice is faster for processing and shipping out your items!

Great service, but would have liked to get it sooner. Usually shipping is much faster.

The prices on the website were more than what was listed in my catalog but the items I ordered are great quality and they were shipped quickly. PetEdge was recommended to me by friends.
