I requested a $50 reimbursement, after I purchased a trimmer 24 hours before PetEdge's Black Friday sale price of $50 off. Customer Service replied I needed to waste money returning the trimmer to re-order the same trimmer with the $50 discount. It just makes no sense for added shipping costs to either the business or myself. Why not just credit me?
