My order took over a month, not very happy.

Hi there, we completely understand why you're not happy and we agree with you. This was a failure on our end for not making you aware that the product Fresh Pet 5 gallon was on a back order. It has come in and has been shipped out and will be to your door soon. Again, we apologize for the lack of communication regarding the backordered item and will use this as a coaching opportunity for our team. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we appreciate your business!

I never got any confirmation that the order went through and it kept denying my card. Then I wake up yesterday and find that I have two of the same order being shipped. I have already ordered through another company because I was under the impression that my order was denied multiple times. However, now I have not one but two orders that went through DAYS later that I no longer need. That is extremely upsetting for two reasons, not everyone can afford a mess up like that and shampoo has a shelf life, either way it’s a huge problem! Very poor online order and this will have to be resolved.

Hi there, we apologize that the online order declined your card. We reviewed the online order, and it appears that it was duplicated on your end. We also reviewed to see if you contacted us by phone for any resolution or if Trust Pilot was your first communication and unfortunately didn't see any calls as we would've resolved this immediately. We have entered a credit for your duplicate order, and we have the duplicate products being returned to our warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused, and you will see your credit in 24/48 hrs. for the duplicate order. Happy Holidays from PetEdge.
