Delay of Processing
I place order on March 1, 2024. Received confirmation of receipt of order on March 2. Did not receive any information on shipment until March 8, 2024. Why did it take 6 days for shipment to be processed?

They were fast, efficient, and gave me no issues. My blades arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. I ordered from Pet Store Direct recently and they really let me down so I will be ordering from PetEdge from this point on. You've earned a loyal customer.

Professional quality service & products.
