**UPDATE** The customer service department contacted me within 48 hours of my issue. They are highly responsive and did apply a 5% discount to my order. I was advised that to receive this discount, I should have subscribed to emails and text messages, which I have taken note of. I recommend their products, and their customer service is superior to most. I only wish the first-time discount did not come with a condition.As a first-time customer, I encountered an issue while attempting to use a promotional code during the checkout process. Despite the website's indication that the code could be applied at checkout, it was not recognized by the system. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.
