Easy to see what I am ordering and ordering was easy. Much more affordable items for pet care than your local pet store!

I love your products and the promptness of arrival! I do not like the search on the website. I just like to search and the products pop up… Not the filtering or selecting name brands and such. But I do love the products!

For the most part I find what I'm looking for. But there is one item that I really need, & PetEdge always has it. But not this time. I'm very frustrated!

Several times Pet Edge has sent me the wrong product. Unfortunately, it costs me more to send them back than the product itself. Your S&H costs reduce the times I order from you. I have found other sites to purchase equipment.

Hi there, we researched all of your orders, and the 4 most recent orders in 2024. We don't see where you've called in or sent an email stating you received the wrong product. We are happy to take care of these issues for you, but without knowing of the issue we can't fix the problem. If it was a wrong item ordered by one of our reps, or you simply didn't get the item you ordered you would not pay for shipping an item back to us. Our free shipping for $99.00 or more is in line with most of our competitors as well. We are unable to compete with Amazon Prime delivery as they are a much larger company than us. We appreciate your feedback and see that the most recent two orders are within our 30-day guarantee so if you did receive the wrong items on your two most recent July orders that you placed online, please call us at 800-738-3343 and we will definitely rectify the issues for you. Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge.

The part I ordered from Pet edge fit perfect on my Andis ZR Supra detachable blade clippers, as well as fast delivery. Very pleased with them and will definitely continue shopping with them. Greatly appreciate you all at Pet Edge!

Online catalog is difficult to navigate. When you enlarge screen it doesn’t decrease and the fields don’t fill in as they should.
