I have been doing business with Petedge since they first started carrying dog supplies in the late sixties. There was no internet then, you used catalogs and the mail. They have evolved since then but have maintained great service and product selection for animal care professionals. Although I am now retired and just a pet owner it is still my go to place for all my grooming needs.

I was mislead by the website on my order and my issue was not resolved when speaking to customer service. I was not willing to return the product as I didn't want to pay for shipping again. I will think twice before ordering from PetEdge again.

Our marketing is trying to display the variance in colors that you could receive hence showing the four ducks. It does say in the descriptions price is for 1 toy. Assorted colors and also in the more information/description it also says: Assorted colors. Sorry, we cannot accommodate specific color request. We truly are sorry that you found this information misleading as we would never want to mislead our customers and do our very best to give all of the information.
