We have made many enhancements to our website that slow down the site at times, but nothing like what you had experienced. If you're ever concerned about an order, please call us at 800-738-3343 M-F 8am to 6pm CST, or send us an email at [email protected]. We also had our IT lookup your email address, and we did send a thank you for your order, email confirmation it may have gone to your spam folder. Once your item has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. We also see that your email used for the Trust Pilot is the same email we have on file.
