The product is great but the shipping is ridiculous it took 6 days for a label to be created and over 10 days for my item to be delivered.

We are very sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused to you. We reviewed entirely and see the order placed on 3/13 @ 6:30pm, unfortunately, our warehouse is closed at 6pm cst and your order wasn't started until Friday and shipped out on Tuesday via USPS. We are showing these items are due to deliver today according to the tracking. USPS takes 5-7 days for delivery as well.
