Disappointed ordered on December 3rd and order has still not shipped... waiting a little longer before I terminate credit card sale with my credit card company!!! Feeling scammed...

Payment was made December 8th, and on December 18th I'm still not get any info regarding delivery!!! 10 days not received any updates.

Sent me a super weird email asking me what I ordered (???) and then cancelled my order

I love being able to watch my dog while I'm away all day at work. Being able to talk through the camera is AWESOME! However, there have been a few times where I try to log in to see what he's doing and the camera will be "busy" or tell me I am "next in line" and have to wait a minute or so for the camera to turn on. That is my only disappointment with it so far.

Wait time for live chat was ridiculous. I waited over 5 minutes for a response. The customer service rep wasn’t helpful. I needed to contact customer service multiple times. Mind you, I haven’t even received my order as of yet and it’s over a wk. Hoping the product is better than the customer service.

I ordered this as a gift for someone, but then ordered one for me because of the deals and I’ve been wanting one. I have not received mine yet, but I’m sure I’ll love it. Customer service is amazing! I was worried the order wouldn’t show up before Christmas, but they got back to me quick and reassured me I would in fact receive it, which I did, really quick actually. They answered all my questioned and were super friendly. Don’t hesitate to get one, if you want it, get it!

Great customer service!

Petcubes are amazing! Setup was fairly easy. I had a bit of diffiiculty initially getting my camera to connect to Internet, which i believe was due to having 5 GHz WiFi versus 2.4 but was able to get it connected after a couple of tries. I’m SO happy with my Petcube Bites and so are my dogs. Will likely be buying another one for another area of our house. Oh, and one more thing, they have amazing customer service! Very friendly people and quick responses. :)
