PetcubeReviews of petcube.com

What an amazing product! I just moved and directly installed Petcube in the new house. My poms have to look out for so much more space than before. The moment they start barking, I receive the message via Petcube and can calm them down directly. Of course, you have to train your dogs so they won't get afraid when mummy speaks out of the wall but after a while the really understand and it works :) I also really like the design and how you receive the package with all explanations to follow trough. There is even a little helper to drill the the right wholes into the wall.

I would love to give this a better rating, but just can’t. Every time I go into the app the camera is ‘busy’ and ‘something went wrong with the connection’ so I have to quit the app & re-enter and then I can connect. I was charged $10 for the membership even though I got the subscription cancellation notification email. Customer service was very kind and resolved the issue within 2 days. Motion detected at times there is no motion. Video will only run for 10 seconds even though motion is still occurring. Times when motion is happening, no video recorded. Overall, a bit disappointing. Love the night vision option: but manything was free and did day monitoring just as well.

Just small mount but big different of view!! I should buy one more so that I can use for Petcube camela and Petcube play! I strongly recommend.

The Petcube Bites came in a nice package and treats for my dog were included. Instructions for set-up were easy to follow. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because I could not choose the amount of treats dispensed when I pressed the treats button on my phone. Sometimes it would send 2 treats and other times it was 5 treats with one press of the button. Otherwise I was very impressed with this product and the image quality of the video and microphone.

I am giving this camera 4/5 stars. I got this camera to keep an eye on my cocker spaniel while I wasn't at home. I received the package very quickly and got it set up very easily as well. The image quality is surprisingly good. I am planning to purchase another one for the bedroom (this one is in the living room). I am reading on other reviews the set up to connect multiple cameras is fairly simple and easy, as well. The laser feature is very fun and I have not had any major issues with it yet. It is a little laggy, but it's not a big deal for me. My little guy has a lot of fun with it! The two way audio is also very fun. Rooney was a little bit freaked out by it at first, but he's picked up on it being my voice and will listen through the device when I tell him off the couch!! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I love having the Petcube and being able to watch my animals. I also like that you can play with a lazer with them and talk to them. I had some technically difficulties when I was trying to setup my Petcube, but support was awesome at helping me! I highly recommend this to watch your furry friends!

I work long hours and have been plagued with guilt about leaving my kitty at home all day so I decided to order a Petcube. I’m not sure who loves it more, me or my cat! Set up was pretty easy. It does come with dog treats so I had to buy some more cat treats. The manual has images of correct size treats which makes it easy to buy a compatible product. The first time I used the audio feature was hilarious and he quickly figured it out what was going on. I love communicating with him throughout the day and giving him a little extra stimulation. The mounting feature is great since he likes to paw at the treat opening.

Love the petcube bites! It gives me piece of mind now when I leave my cat. Being able to see what he’s doing, talk to him and even give him a treat when I’m at work is a game changer. I’m so much more relaxed knowing that he spends most of his days sleeping and not missing me. The quality of the camera is great. The picture is sharp and the sound is clear. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
