We have the Petcube Cam
We have the Petcube Cam. Works well for remote viewing of a room and pet. Reported an improvement to the device settings that was quickly implemented in a firmware update. Good product and service.

I love my Pet Cube Camera
I love my Pet Cube Camera. I actually use it to monitor my Dad, who has some Dementia. I can’t be with him all the time, so I keep mine in his kitchen, so I can make sure he is eating and taking his daily pills. It has been a great help. Picture is clear, and so is the sound. Customer Service was quick to respond and very helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to download the videos. My friend uses this to watch her animals when she has to work long days, and when I saw how well hers worked, I thought I would try it for this. I definitely recommend this product!

I was very surprised by a fast customer…
I was very surprised by a fast customer service ! The issue was resolved in 10 mins . Glad that there is a chat to talk to and no need to call. And the device is awesome , my cats have abandonment issues and this would be really a great help for them . So thank you a lot !

I had issues with keeping the settings in the app for Petcube camera
If you have issues with your device you can easily contact the Customer Care departement. They will contact you rapidly and are very helpful. A firmware update was placed on my Petcube camera and now the app reminds the settings as how I want them to use

Perfect camera for easy pet monitoring
Camera was really easy to set up and the video quality has been good - not lagging. Customer service is exceptional and super quick to help with any technical issues! Only minus would be that the camera is not chordless and only way to turn the camera off is by unplugging it. Also, wish that you wouldn’t have to subscribe to monthly payments if you want the camera to download videos or save recordings when it detects movement or noise. Regardless of this, the camera for me was a big update from my previous pet monitor.

An excellent product. Gives me peace of mind when I leave my dog home.
I have been using the Petcube Play for several years with good resolution and clarity and ease of operation. The viewing angle is wide so I can see a lot of the room. A couple of weeks ago, however, I had difficulty connecting despite several tries. I contacted your customer service and they patiently walked me through several scenarios until we were able to solve the problem. They were easy to reach and spent all the time I needed without trying to rush me. I was very impressed. To me, customer service is a very important part of any product.
