We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. FRAUD - If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a FRAUDULENT company. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I placed my order & I have yet to receive an approved preview. They lie or ignore you completely. I have asked for my order to be cancelled for over a week now. Nothing. I just had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Stay far away from this bogus company!

A disappointing experience
I sent a photo of my goldendoodle on 5 December. The first draft of the drawing didn’t look like my dog as the coat was wrong. I swapped e mails with the website and sent another two photos. The draft was updated but didn’t look very different to the first one as the coat still wasn’t curly. I have since asked for a refund and am waiting for confirmation that I will receive a full refund. I keep receiving e mails offering further discounts but I simply want my money back. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Our first order but certainly not the last.
We received the print today and had a sinking feeling in my stomach when we saw the package. The package was very damaged and we waited for a long time for it to get here. I attribute the long shipping time to the holiday time of the year. The packing inside the box was great and the print was undamaged. We love the artwork and it was certainly worth the wait. We are already planning on what to order next. Thank you for such a wonderful product!!

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase! My first was for our dog, Cleo. This recent one was a birthday gift for my sister. Her doggie is such a cute little guy! When she rescued him, he had been abandoned in a WalMart parking lot and was missing an eye 😢Both our doggies are getting up there in age - now we have a very cool way to always remember them when their time comes to cross the Rainbow Bridge. When my sister opened the package, her first reaction was “Omg - he looks like a Disney prince!!” So cool!!!

Fantastic work
