Hi Paul! I am so sorry for the lack of communication and the delayed communication. As we are just starting our little business and we didn't expect the volume of orders we received the past few months, hence, the reason for the delay. I would really much to make this right for you and be able to provide you the quality of service we promised to each of our customers. Can you please email me at [email protected].? Going into 2024, we have actually taken out a loan to get a better custom portal built and designed for our customers.
