PetCanvaReviews of petcanva.com

Petcanva has done It again. I purchased two blankets for my in-laws and sister for their dogs and it came out incredible. These are amazing gifts for animal moms and dads. Such a creative and personal gift for anyone in your family or to friends. Petcanva is my one stop shop for all of my friends with dogs!

Have ordered multiple times from them. First time the colour of my print did not reflect the artwork. When i messaged about the issue i was left on read, the entire time despite multiple follow ups over the coming weeks. Decide to give it anther try hoping my experience was a one off. Most recent incident - cancelled my order yesterday from after 3 weeks from finalizing order had received no dispatch update. Had to follow this up myself and was then told the carrier has collected the item but has not processed it and they will send me through the tracking number very soon. Fast forward a week - no word from PetCanva - I again follow up with them myself and now told they have no idea where the item is??? I decide to cancel my order and in order to do so, am forced to pay an art fee for an item that i have not even received. Not even a digital copy of the work was provided and for something I've now PAID for, i feel is poor service. Customer service seem to only respond when trying to take your money and not when you have legitimate queries that question their ''Satisfaction guarantee" claims they boast all over their website.

I bought a blanket as a gift for my friend and she was so obsessed with it!!! This was my second purchase from pet canva and will definitely not be my last!

The blanket we ordered is AWESOME! The artwork is spot on, the material is so soft, and it came so quickly! We couldn’t be more pleased!! Definitely recommend and will order more items from them in the future!

I’ve purchased from many eCommerce, online retail, online custom, and PetCanva is one of the best to work with. My account had an issue but two or three agents reached out immediately to reassure that my order goes through perfectly. Customer service was spot on.

This company is amazing!!! Not only are their products fantastic but their customer service is even better. This is the best gift you can give!

I have had my case over a year I got it in white it still looks brand new. Absolutely love and would repurchase!

There was a mix up with the background colour of my case I contacted them and they sorted it ASAP and offered to send the right one for a discounted price
