I’ve purchased two phone cases along with two blankets and I’m extremely satisfied with both! The phone cases are very durable and make my phone look much cuter and stand out. The blankets are extremely soft and fit me perfect! I highly recommend both items for yourself or even as a gift. Along with great items their customer service is also really great and are quick to answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be purchasing more.

We are in love with our blankets! They came out perfect. Our family dog of 11 years passed away a couple of weeks ago. He has been the best companion to our twin boys since they were born. They were really heartbroken. They are so happy that they are able to “snuggle” with him every night as they sleep. They really helped our family as we remember all our good times with our best pup! Thank you PetCanva!!!

I ordered this case for my best friend! The details were spot on for both cats, from the fur to the “crinkle ear” due to a previous ear hematoma. She’s going to love it. I was very picky and I requested about 5 revisions and the team at PetCanva were happy to make the changes I requested every time. The end result is beautiful. I’m excited to get a new iPhone for myself at the end of this year so I can buy myself one of these cases with my two fur babies. It feels durable too! It took about a month to get here because of the Covid, but that’s expected. They have great customer service if you need help too!

I ordered a sweatshirt over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service is lack luster at best. They don’t do anything proactive - they put the responsibility on the customer to actually make sure the product they purchased is shipped. I have a 20 email thread of me pestering them for any type of update. While they do always get back to you, the response is always “it’s coming soon! Email me again in 2 weeks.” Here’s hoping I get my order at some point because it will be my only from Pet Canva.

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your order and for providing us this valuable feedback. We are terribly sorry about this experience, this is unacceptable and we will work double time to prevent anything like it happening in the future. I was able to pull up your email and have worked with our Support team to come up with the best resolution we can provide you. We hope we were able to make it up to you! Thank you and sorry again, DJ Customer Experience MGR

Love the blanket! My family dog passed away and there wasn’t a super great picture that we had of her but the picture we were able to send worked out so well and it really brought a tear of joy to everyone with just how well it was. 10/10 would recommend them for anyone and everyone!

I lost my sweet Dewey suddenly. So i wanted to get something to remember him by. I love my portrait, I added a Candy Corn sticker background myself though since i couldn’t pick it or add it as an option. And Deweys all time favorite toy was his stuffed candy corn toy. They really did a great job, and i think it captures deweys personality perfectly. Thank you!

I purchased one of the heavier duty phone cases and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I had debated for a long time and wish I had jumped on it earlier. Not only did the artwork turn out spot on of my pups, but the case has stood the test of a two year old. I’m so happy with the quality and production that I just ordered a blanket too!

PetCanva is amazing! Their customer service is so incredible, there was a glitch in creating my account but they handled it amazingly, I was never annoyed or upset even for a second (they even sent me an extra mug with my adorable doggo on it to make up for it which was just above and beyond what I could ever expect). Their products are gorgeous and amazing quality. Any questions you have for them you can easily email and they will respond so promptly giving so much detail. Love love love them!
