I purchased a blanket as a Christmas gift (I ordered it over 1 month in advance). After purchasing, I didn't get any updates such as if the package had been shipped - so I sent them an email. They kindly responded with the tracking information but the package did not arrive by Christmas. When I reached out again to find out what the hold up was they told me it got "lost in the mail" and sent a new package. While I do appreciate that they sent a new blanket, when it came in the mail the quality was poor (very thin, the background colour was orange rather than the red I had chosen, and the other side of the blanket it white - which was a surprise). I was really disappointed that I wasted all the time and money waiting for this to arrive. I am looking to buy a blanket with a picture of my dog on it but I will not be getting it from Pet Canva.

I ordered during the busiest time of year and I had lots of questions. This staff was able to answer my many questions and get my order done and to me before Christmas! This blanket is super soft and perfect to cuddle with!

I ordered a custom phone case and it turned out better than I could have ever expected! I will absolutely be ordering more products and am already so excited to see how they turn out!

Ordered two blankets on black friday as Christmas gifts. Paid extra for holiday shipping to have the gifts in time for Christmas. I emailed Petcanva support about receiving a tracking number for my order went it was shipped. They even sent me a mock up of what my blankets were going to look like, totally above and beyond my expectations. There was a small issue with the post office, not with Petcanva because my package had gotten sent to the wrong post office but the package ended up coming on December 24 instead of December 15 like the original tracking information had said. I was worried that I would not receive the package in time so I sent Petcanva another email. This time they assured me that the package would get to me before Christmas and if I did not I would be given a refund for the extra holiday shipping I paid no questions asked. Thanks Petcanva, my co-worker and mother in law LOVED the blankets with their fur babies on them!

My 20 year old daughter LOVED LOVED LOVED her new phone case with her Goldendoodle Brunos picture on it...She said it was her favorite present, even over her airpods..:)
