I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! I ordered a phone case from them and it came out even better than expected. It was quick and so easy to use their website. Highly recommend them.

How can any company survive with service like theirs?! I ordered a case with 2 dogs on it. When I got the first photo to review, I was shocked. One dog was lazily placed right on top of the other as if they were connected?! It looked SO awkward. And, the pictures didn’t even turn out that great...it looks like one of those filters on a crappy photo editing app that just makes the photo look like it’s drawn. Such a scam to call it “artwork”. Anyway, that’s not even the big issue to me. I specifically asked for a revision for the dogs to not be placed right on top of each other but side by side. If it didn’t fit in portrait mode I asked for it to be landscape (so the case tilting on its side). Guess what I get back???? They literally flipped the dogs so now the bottom dog is on top & vice versa. SERIOUSLY! They obviously didn’t read my request! The fact that they looked at it & said “there, that looks great!” is so concerning. I don’t know how anyone would find that acceptable—it looked terrible. The next thing is that they wouldn’t issue me a full refund. They charge a 30% restocking fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. If they try to charge my card I will be charging it back because there is nothing to restock. This company is a scam.

I order my father-in-law a blanket with his precious Charley on it!! He literally loves his dog more then his kids so he was dying over this blanket!! Not to mention it’s amazing quality!!

I got my dad a blanket with our late boxer on it for an early Father’s Day gift. The image is perfect and the blanket is incredible quality! When we surprised him with it, the image brought my dad to tears. I couldn’t thank PetCanva more for that beautiful moment. This was my second time purchasing a blanket from PetCanva (the first purchase was perfect also), and I will definitely be back again!
