Terrible customer service. I ordered two weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything about my package even being shipped. There’s no contact info on the site and I am pretty sure this is a scam. I am going to get my credit card to refund my money and try and get this place shut down. All my Christmas gifts were ruined because of this company. It is a cute concept but they need a customer service group to at least inform their customers of any delays. They were super quick to charge my card almost two hundred dollars. I love my phone case! The painting looks exactly like my dog and includes little details. I love it so much, I got it duplicated for the next phone I’ll have... highly recommend. Also it was quick and PetCanva has great customer service! The phone case quality is really nice and light. So awesome!

The custom fleece blanket I ordered for my sister turned out perfect! She absolutely loved it! The blanket was also very soft and makes for a great throw blanket on the couch. Also, the customer service was beyond amazing! I accidentally approved the artwork they had sent me even though I wanted an adjustment on the art before being shipped. Long story short the team was able to track down my order before being shipped and was able to adjust the art to my liking for no additional charge! I am very grateful for the product and service I received and will definitely recommend this company to others :) The only bad thing I would say is that I did have to email the company multiple times as I wasn’t receiving any responses initially. However, it was during the holiday season and they did say it may take some time for them to respond to my emails. I wasn’t mad though because my order was fixed as I asked and arrival of item was as expected.

I was very impressed with PetCanva! The process was fairly quick (even during holiday season!) and the customer service was great. I requested that they revise the drawing of one of my photos and they did with no problems. It turned out fantastic and I’m pleased with my new blanket and canvas print!

Artwork was great and blanket is soft and beautiful! Shipping time was great as well and got it for the first day of Hanukkah <3

I love these blankets! I got one for my sister-in-law whose dog passed away this year and also for my husband of our 2 dogs. They are such good quality and the pictures are really accurate. Absolutely would purchase again.
