I never used a pilates reformer prior to my purchase. It seemed like an easy, quick, space efficient total body workout device that was covered by my HSA funds. Going to the gym is not an option for me, so this seemed like a fantastic idea. I am so glad I made this decision. I ordered the Zous Pro. The HSA funds process was super simple and smooth. The reformer arrived very quickly and is made with fantastic quality. It was safely packaged in a wooden crate and was very easy to finish the assembly as it arrived almost done already. The included app is also fantastic with learning the basics in how to use it. The app even goes further into intermediate exercises and beyond. I truly could not have asked for a better experience and recommend this company highly!

Absolutely love my reformer!

I purchased the nano pro lite reformer from personal hour a little over a month ago and love it! They were recommended by two instructors I trust. When it was delivery we the crate was slightly damaged but it was packed so well the reformer was still in perfect condition. It was easy to put together. I love the bone color. I also really like that I get access to their app for personal hour app that has videos of different flows. Highly recommend.

Communication with the company was very easy and they made sure to get back to me promptly. I’m very happy with the delivery and status of the reformer! Will be recommending to friends and family.

The equipment is so well made. It shipped when they said it would, arrived very well packaged, and extraordinarily easy to put together - I did it myself. The equipment comes with an app that has videos and an AI instructor - I've not tried the AI yet, but the videos are terrific! Overall - and excellent experience. I am very satisfied with my decision.

I worked directly with Nadia to select and purchase my Janet Elite Plus with tower. It looks great in chocolate and performs even better! Nadia was very personable and caring. I use the reformer to battle my Parkinson's symptoms. It helps ease the body and mind, especially my rigidity. The Janet Elite Plus is of higher quality and operates smoother than the Body Balance Metro IQ that I had been using. I highly recommend Personalhours reformers and their staff of helpful customer service. I especially would like to thank Osama who helped to correct a minor shipping issue that was not the responsibility of Personalhour.
