The purchasing process was easy. I would have liked a detailed item list of what the Zous Pro Foldable Reformer included prior to buying, but I took a chance and am happy to report the reformer included all of the pieces I wanted. The reformer arrived in a shipping crate and was well packaged to prevent damage. The wheels work beautifully even on carpet so moving it into place was a breeze. I was able to unfold it and complete setup alone. Finding the instructions for setting it up was not easy, but once I found the correct reformer I was good to go. The bed glides beautifully and is smooth even over the area where it would fold. Highly recommend. I am excited to be able to do this in my own home in a regular basis. Thank you, PersonalHour Pilates.

I bought the Janet Elite Plus and could not be happier. It folds and opens easily, glides smoothly, quiet and feels like the BB studio reformer I used in a professional studio.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect based on prior reviews, but decided to take the risk and purchased a reformer to deliver to southern AZ. I emailed customer service beforehand to ask about the shipping issues they experienced in the past and what they were doing to resolve it. They gave a good enough answer for me to place my order. My reformer arrived about two weeks later, right on time. It is BEAUTIFUL and is simple enough to assemble, but I do wish paper instructions were included in the packages. Having to use my phone was a bit of a pain, but I still managed. I assembled by myself with zero issue. The reformer folds nicely and fits into the corner of my living room, which is exactly what I wanted. I have zero complaints about the product itself.

Thank you for taking a chance on us, Lindsay, and we’re so glad to hear it paid off! We understand how important it is to feel confident before making a big purchase, especially with past reviews in mind, so we're truly grateful you reached out and gave us the opportunity to answer your questions. It means a lot to know your reformer arrived on time and that you're enjoying both its look and function in your space. Noted on the paper instructions—we’re always refining the experience, and feedback like this helps us improve. If there’s anything else you need or if you'd like a printed copy now, just let us know—we’d be happy to help. Wishing you a great journey ahead with your practice!
