Great Reformer!
I ordered the Janet 2.0 after TONS of research on other brands (more expensive than Personal Hour), and I cannot be happier with the product I received--and very quickly! It was easy to assemble upon arrival and I've been using it for a couple weeks now. The carriage is large and comfortable, the resistance far surpasses my previous reformer's limits, and the ride is smooth. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute WORST customer service…
Absolute WORST customer service experience. The metal and wood crate is literally impossible to open. It arrived damaged and customer service told me that I was only own when it came to opening it. I had to spend $150 to hire someone to open the damaged box. Spend your money elsewhere!

Our installation videos — the very first step in our support library — show how to open the shipping crate safely, but we understand that you ran into difficulties before being able to access those resources. We did our best to assist once you reached out, though we regret it didn’t resolve the situation in time. Because we care about our customers, we reimbursed you the $150 you spent to have the crate opened, even though this would not normally be covered. We have also reached out again to make further amends and are awaiting your response. To everyone reading: shipping challenges are rare, but when they happen we work hard to make things right. Smooth purchase, delivery, and machine
I read some mixed reviews originally, but ultimately decided to go with the Zous Pro, as it met all the specifications I needed at the price point I could afford. I ordered on August 19th, and it was delivered on August 27th. It took about an hour to put together (which I was able to do by myself with their instructions). Pro tip: install the foot strap before the bottom wheels, because once the wheels are on, you can't get the foot strap screws in. It's smooth as butter and whisper-quiet. I've tried one of their workouts in the Personal Hour app and enjoyed that, too. It feels like a quality machine, and I can do more intermediate/advanced moves on it (as opposed to the aeropilated machine I had borrowed for the last few months). I'm so glad I bought it, and am excited to continue to enjoy it!

I bought the Janet 2.0 Pilates machine! I’m so happy with my new Pilates machine—it’s sturdy, smooth, and beautiful. There were a few delivery issues along the way, but what really impressed me was how personal hour (especially Mark) and the delivery team handled it. They stayed in communication, were patient, and made sure my machine arrived safely. I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort—it made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!

Excellent service, product and support
The service has been excellent! My questions were quickly answered during an inquiry into different models. They accepted a recommendation with genuine concerns and with thanks! I purchased a reformer and it arrived VERY WELL packed in a wooden crate. There was slight damage to one of the accessories and reporting paperwork was easy to understand and complete.

Excellent materials and product
Excellent materials and product. I am very happy to have such a great product for this price. The ability to fold up the reformer with the hydraulic support is beneficial. The consulting appointment helped me make the right decision.
