We were able to come to the warehouse where we were able to try out the equipment and all of our questions answered. The quality of the reformers was evident and we were pleased with the visit

Thank you for visiting us, Amy. We’re so glad you had the chance to try the equipment in person and that your questions were answered. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Ease of assembly. Reformer glides smoothly. I’ve eliminated high cost of a membership.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear that the assembly was straightforward and that the reformer glides smoothly—that smooth, controlled movement is exactly what we engineer each PersonalHour reformer to deliver. It’s especially meaningful to know that your reformer is helping you replace the high cost of studio memberships while still giving you a true studio-quality experience at home. That’s one of our core goals: making Pilates more accessible without compromising quality. We appreciate your trust in PersonalHour and are always here if you need anything.

I will add 3 stars to this review. The CEO of the company contacted me within a day or two and resolved the issues noted below. She provided a cashback offer and made sure that our reformer was delivered the next week. The reformer itself was well packed and appears to be very high-quality construction. I held back one star because there were no assembly instructions included. Hopefully the company will address this in the future. You stated I would get either a veteran or senior discount but i got neither. Now the shipment is delayed at least a week because you didn’t pay the shipping. I hope the product is better than your customer service!

Hello David, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for how this experience made you feel. We truly honor and respect our veterans, and it is very important to us to provide you with the level of support and appreciation you deserve. Our mission has always been to make Pilates accessible to everyone, and I’m sorry if the team member you spoke with was not fully informed about the available veteran discounts or how to apply them. This is something we take seriously, and we will be improving our training to ensure our team can better support and guide our customers. Please rest assured that we are actively monitoring your shipment and will make sure it is delivered safely and properly. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your trust in PersonalHour.

Couldn't be more impressed. I purchased the Nano Pro Max reformer, customized color. Received it within two weeks, very good quality, love everything about it. It was slightly more than what I wanted to spend, but I have no regrets, and with the quality, I feel like it is as good, if not better than the reformers I would use at Club Pilates.

Thank you so much for your incredible review 🤍 We are truly honored that you chose the Nano Pro Max, especially in a customized color — that makes it even more special. Hearing that you received it within two weeks and that it exceeded your expectations means the world to us. We understand that investing in a high-quality reformer is a big decision. That’s exactly why we build the Nano Pro Max to studio standards — solid construction, smooth glide, and long-term durability — so it feels just as good (or even better 😉) than what you experience at places like Club Pilates. Your words about having “no regrets” are everything to us. That’s the experience we work hard to deliver — not just equipment, but confidence in your investment and joy in your practice. Welcome to the PersonalHour family

The equipment came in the wrong color. The fuzzy straps were not included in the order. The pairs of springs for Tower came as springs for reformer. No hardware was included to attach springs to the equipment. The order took over two months to receive. They said the order was held up because of a head cushion. I said just send the head cushion when it comes in. However, this company shipped my ENTIRE order from China. Meaning PersonalHour could have sent the non-custom portion of my order Tower Springs and fuzzy straps when I ordered 11/11/2025. Finally their initial website made it seem like the Pilates equipment was made in USA and that it was family operation. At this point the website has been changed and it just says the equipment is designed in Ohio.
Response from PersonalHour Pilates USFeb 19, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, Martina. The color was not changed because the system defaulted to black when the custom color selection was not properly captured. We sincerely apologize for this and would like the opportunity to make it right. Regarding timing, this order was placed as on-demand production, which is clearly listed on our website with an estimated 8–12 week timeline. For clarity, PersonalHour is not a drop-shipping company. We design our equipment, continuously innovate, oversee production, and clearly disclose on our website that manufacturing takes place both in the U.S. and internationally to ensure the highest quality standards. Claims of fraud or misrepresentation are inaccurate. We are always happy to help, support, and resolve any issue.

Equipment is beautiful and well made!
Response from PersonalHour Pilates USFeb 13, 2026
Thank you so much! That means more than you know. We put an incredible amount of intention into both the craftsmanship and the aesthetics, so hearing that you find the equipment beautiful and well made truly makes us proud. We always say a reformer should feel like studio-grade performance while looking elegant enough to live in your home. Thank you for trusting PersonalHour — we’re honored to be part of your Pilates journey.

So far no good. I have yet to set up machine since delivery. Company was supposed to set up as I paid for white glove delivery and set up and they simply dropped off the machine a day earlier than scheduled without contacting me. This all was after a scheduled delivery and set up. Tried reaching Personal Hour via email since there is no phone number to call anywhere and I have yet to hear from them 24 hours later. Updated review - adding two stars since they replied to my review immediately and explained the situation. And the reformer is sturdy and well made. Zero complaints about the machine itself. However, their info regarding white glove delivery is murky at best. When ordering there is (was) an option that costs $65 clearly stating “delivery and installation”. You’d be hard pressed to find additional info regarding “white glove service” so I assumed the “delivery and installation” was just that. Only now was I informed that the white glove service is actually $700, which is absolutely ridiculous. Also, their website has a form to fill out that will be sent to the appropriate person to address the issue. I completed that form, with pictures. Replies take 24-48 hours. There is a section on their site that states, please don’t email separately directly to the email address provided if it is for the same issue as the submitted form. I followed their instructions as they requested and they dismissed my issue with lack of reply from them because of that. And contrary to their recent reply to this review, there is NO phone number to call them. Nothing attached to shipment other than their certificate of inspection with a QR code that takes me to installation instructions. A phone number was only provided in response to this review.
Response from PersonalHour Pilates USFeb 12, 2026
I’m truly sorry for the confusion you experienced. We sincerely appreciate your patience and your feedback. The third-party installation service typically charges us between $500–$1,000. We’ve been working to make this more reasonable for our customers by pre-installing as much of the equipment as possible before delivery — which was done in your case. In the past, we shipped the frame unassembled, but that created significant difficulty for many customers, and only a few were able to assemble it correctly. This is specialized Pilates equipment — not regular furniture — and the installation process is more technical than most household items, that is we started to do it more ready than before to reduce the issues. I also apologize if the service phone number was not easy to find. It has traditionally been included with the paperwork inside the box, and I will personally ensure that it continues to be clearly provided.
