I ordered a sweatshirt for my son's girlfriend as a Christmas present on December 11 and still haven't Heard anything back yet. When I tried to find out if it's been shipped or even get a tracking # I got an email stating how long different items take which means mine should have been here on the 23rd but it was just a standard email nothing directed to me personally. Now I have no gift for my son's girlfriend and feel bad as everyone else will have something from me. I feel they were fast to take my $ from my bank but cannot give me what I ordered or at least information on its status.

ORDERED DEC 2 STILL SHOWS WAITING TO BE ACCEPTED AT MY POST OFFICE SINCE 12/17. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT PLUS I PAID FOR BETTER SHIPPING WITH MISSING OR BREAKAGE GUARANTEE BUT NOT IF I NEVER GET! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Frustrated. Disappointed. I ordered a Christmas present for my sister who lost her son recently to suicide. My order was on 11/30/22 and should have been delivered by now as I ordered I time for Christmas delivery. My tracking info has 2 tracking numbers- one of which says one was delivered in another state. The second tracking says -it still in transit with last update on 12/14/22 departed an airline... I emailed customer service and was told my order is in route. I am disappointed and without a gift for my sister for this Christmas that already has a dark cloud. Update: I received my order 12/27/22 - after my family celebrated Christmas. I am very happy with my actual items. Shipping was longer than expected- however, I would order again - *if I don’t have to worry about shipping time.

This is a scam. Package nowhere to be found!!

This is my first and last time using this sorry company! Next I'm reporting them to the BBB. I placed an order for a Tshirt with pets names as a Xmas present for my daughter in law. I asked them to put wings on one together dogs since he is deceased I was email and assured that they received my request. I emailed them two more times just to make sure and was rudely emailed back,telling me if we couldn't do a special order like putting in wings,we would have told you. Well guess what,I got the Tshirt and no wings on the dog! They just ruined this Xmas,it was a present ! I can't give her the Tshirt like that! There emails are rude and they are liars and cheats. I am letting everyone know about this company. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!

After I made my order, I realized I did not capitalize one of my pet names. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. After they contacted me, I received my blanket with the correction and within one week. I will definitely order from them again

Very poor customer service communication. I have not received my item. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Emailed several times. First email very rude . Delivery takes far too long. Now lost. No refund offered. Please do not order from them

i placed an order not knowing i missed the cut off date for Christmas delivery - i have been sending emails telling them i will pay the gazillion dollars it will cost to overnight or 2 day air to me and instead they assumed i wanted a refund and stopped my order - i have been desperately trying to get in touch with them and they don't respond i keep asking for them to let me know the status and they cant even answer that question - - i am so frustrated - not good service!!
