I’m just going to make this simple. I placed an order for a shirt. I needed it in size XXL but got a small. I just wouldn’t have ordered that size. Company offered less than half off if I wanted to reorder. Really, I have totally useless product and this is horrible customer service in my opinion. Order at your own risk.

I cant express enough that my purchase on Personal Fury was really fantastic. I bought a mug that has pictures of my animals on it. They came out so vibrant. I am so very happy and if I have a need to order more of the same I will do so without hesitation.

The product was intended as a Christmas gift although it wasn’t received until a few days past the Holiday. The quality and graphics were good and the recipient was very pleased with my selection.

PersonalFury is a fun store with plenty of options for animal lovers. I bought one of their cat sweaters as a Secret Santa gift and she loved it. Overall, I would give it 4 stars out of 5. Product Variety - 4 stars I scrolled through many of the customizable petlover options. Great selection of apparel, mugs, etc. I particularly like the customizable cat design options that are "cartoon cats", though some products only offered more photo-realistic cat designs which only had a small pool of options (none of them looked like any of my 6 run of the mill shelter cats, which was disappointing). I wish there were more design options for cartoon dogs, too. Also, it would be wonderful if you could add options for angel wings on our pets' images to memorialize those who crossed the rainbow bridge. Product Quality - 4.8 stars Excellent quality! I bought mugs, sweaters, and a pillow. My only nit-pick is not to do with the quality/durability of the material (they're great). I only have a problem with grammatical errors on some products. For example, one of the quotes on a Pet Loss Memorial Stone says "Goodbye are not the end." It should be "GoodbyeS are not the end" or "Goodbye IS not the end." There were other products with similar errors, but I would say that only ~10% of the products I liked at had a grammatical error. It's minor and can go unnoticed, but it's one of those things that I can't ignore once it's been pointed out to me. User-Friendliness = 3 stars I know I'm nit-picking here, but it was a pain entering all 6 of my cats' names and faces to each item. I wish I could log in and the website would save my inputs for future shopping. Plus, I wish there were more filter options to find products. For example, if I want to browse cat mugs, I can filter products to mugs but I can't narrow it down further to weed out the Father's Day mugs. I see that there's an option for me to filter it to just cat mugs, but the page wouldn't update based on my selection. I was doing everything on my cell phone (Chrome web browser), so maybe it works on an actual computer. Shipment Speed - 4 stars I placed my order on 11/30. When placing my order, the website estimated that I would receive all of my items by 12/14. My packages shipped 12/8, and the last one didn't arrive until 12/19 (5 days after the estimate). However, this was during the holiday rush, and I think I would've received my order on time if not for that. On the plus side, I got them before Christmas and the shop gave frequent updates about the status of my order.
