My custom coffee mug came completely broken:( there was nothing to protect it in the packaging while shipping, it was just pretty much as is. The picture and quality was good though. I really hope someone gets back to me as I was looking forward to giving this gift for Christmas, it was an ultrasound pic for my bf as we are about to be 1st time parents next month. I'm hoping it can be replaced! They are sending a replacement! 🤞 that it's not broken! Update: I recieved the replacement faster than the original and it's not broken! Happy with all services!
