two stars for finally getting it done and decent rate. this ordeal took over 3 months, nothing was being done for the first month or month and half. it seems like there is a break down or lack of communication between the team members. do they all work in the same office? this wasn't my first refi/purchase but it definitely the hardest one. I don't know if you are aware of the fact that the closing almost didn't take place last night . Things that should have been done a long time ago never got done ,as a matter of fact it was put on the backburner and forgotten. The attitude of your employees is really bad , they are like whatever . I sent them an email what else you want me to do?call them? nobody calls people this days , its almost weekend and I wont hear anything back till Monday and to be honest I don't want to be bothered . here is a list of the things I need you to do and need it to be done like yesterday. it felt like I got half of done all by myself, in terms of getting service I feel like I got very little for what I paid for. Every time you turn the radio on you hear mortgage brokers saying don't go to the bank ,they don't know anything. I have gone to 3 different banks over the last week to get some paperwork that Terri couldn't or wouldn't get. , when I told them what I have gone through and how long it is taking bankers just kept shaking their heads .Good luck with your business model and that's coming from a business owner with 20 employees .

Everyone so helpful and quick on the response. I was very impressed with everything and how efficient everyone was! As this was my first time getting a a mortgage my team was super great on explaining things to me so I understood everything.

Going through the mortgage process can be a strenuous process. This was not the case with Perl Mortgage. Domenic made the entire simple and easy. He explained everything to me from start to finish....from the introduction of the paper work and my “homework” to the possession of my new front door key. I would highly recommend Domenic and Perl for any mortgage needs!

John at PERL Mortgage took the time to explain many different loan types to me to help me make an informed decision on which option would be best for me. I'm completely satisfied with my loan type and the rate I received! The only thing I think the whole team needs to work on is making sure they are fully reading correspondence between other team members and clients before responding to something. As a first time homeowner the disorganization on that end made me a little nervous - buying your first home is a scary, exciting, huge, long-term commitment, and it's nice to have 100% confidence and trust in the people / organizations that are helping you achieve that. This confidence and trust starts with communication and paying attention to even the small details. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how the process went, and I'm very grateful that PERL helped me get into my first home!
