I love working with John Price and his team. They are professionals, customer and detail oriented team. This is probably the fifth time I work with John in the past 20 years for closing or refinancing. It is all because of the great experience that brings us back to him every time. I trust John and believe he looks out for my best interest. In February 2018, I emailed him to request a loan document copy that I signed in June 2016. I got a call from John with in 10 minutes to verify my request for security purposes. After confirming my request, I received my documents within minutes. John performs his job well even when he knows he wasn’t going to make money to fulfill my request. John Price will always be the one I call when I need a mortgage.

Excellent lender!!! They went the extra mile to make things comfortable for me. And they didn't even get mad that it took me so long to send in the requested documents!!!!

Great and fast

The whole process was pretty painless. Buying a condo with just a single income in my late 20's seemed impossible but I had a dream team behind me to make it work and I could not be more thankful that they made a dream my new reality!

All phases went well. The only criticism that I have is with the automated uploading of information to your secure site. You should note on the site the size limitations of files that can be uploaded. I created a couple of pdf files that were too large and then had to go back and recreate smaller files so as not to exceed file size. Give a heads-up on the front end to aid people in their work.

Our Mortgage Advisor, Pam Harambasic, has kept in touch with us over the years with helpful tips. When it came time to Refinance our condo, she was very helpful with the entire process, keeping us advised step by step. Very good service, highly recommended.
