It was a pleasure to deal with Perl every step of the way. All of the people that I dealt with were professional and very helpful. They make you feel that they are only focused on what you need. They presented many options to us, explained anything that wasn't clear and were always responsive to whatever was needed.

Experience was smooth until the underwriting process. Poor communication, poor time efficiency up until closing. We had to wait approximately an additional 30 minutes at the attorney's office at closing due to the fact that Perl could not locate a disclosure document that was already signed on 8.22.18. An additional signature was needed, but again, it was last minute.
