Great experience!

My experience with Perl mortgage was fantastic! Louie made everything go as smoothly as possible throughout my entire home buying process. I felt confident that I made the right choice using Perl as my lender and would recommend them to everyone!

Tom, was a pleasure to work with. They continually informed about what documents they needed, and when my house appraised greater than I thought it would, changing the borrow CASH out amount was painless. This is the 3rd time I have been through a house purchase/REFI, and I must say it always seems like the title companies are slightly frazzled, perhaps this is the norm, or maybe because I'm self employed, maybe they need more documents than other agreements. In any event, PERL, the lender was good and quick about everything on their end. I would recommend them.

Great job, very flexible. Alex was with us every step of the way and got the job done at closing. Pleasure doing business with them and would again.

Although the transition to a new dashboard computer system was a little clunky, John and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. John was able to offer me more options at a better rate than any of the other institutions I checked with. I'd recommend Perl Mortgage to anyone seeking assistance in purchasing a home. Made the process easy!
