Mike Boyle got me hooked on Perform Better products. After the first few pieces of equipment arrived and I saw the quality of them all I never looked back. Customer service is excellent and most orders (in-stock) ship out within the first day or two. Love this company.

I'm used to super service from Perform Better, but this last order blew me away: I got my entire order in 24 hrs, and, as usual, everything was there, and in good condition. Bravo!

Hello Miguel, We're certainly happy to help with any issues you have with your recent order. I did pull up the order information, and it does seem as though the order was placed for our First Place All Purpose Band and a pack of our Multi-Resistance MiniBands, which that sounds like you received those items. I'll reach out to you separately to go into further detail and help with a resolution. Thank you, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]

Disappointed with shipping surcharge. Their reply is below. Too bad this isn't mentioned when we place the order....If you ever have any questions about the shipping please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to look into other shipping options to try and save you money

Hello Vince, I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping costs. Like many other companies, we are experiencing extremely high freight charges that we are hoping will lower over time. If you ever have any questions about the shipping please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to look into other shipping options to try and save you money. Thank you, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]

Great company and very helpful. I understand shipping costs for heavy items, but $9 to ship small stretchy bands is too much! There should be a more realistic option for the small envelopes.

Simple online ordering procedure. I have an account already set up, so it was painless even for an old guy.
