Shipping costs are insanely exorbitant. I can't believe I ordered 30 packs of mini-bands and was charged $70 shipping. UPS rates for 20lb would be around $17. There is no way that box will weight 20 lb. I understand you have preparation/handling charges as well, but $70 is gauging. Your bands are on sale, which is nice, but the shipping charges all but wipe out the summer sale. You have a good product with the mini-bands, but if I could find something comparable I would purchase that.

Unfortunately, you just keep sending me merchandise that is either old, colorless, or broken. I order a 25 lb PB Extreme Rubber Encased Grip Plate that is completly colorless and fade out. As a result, it needs to be replace and ship back at your cost. This is the second time you have done this to me and I'm not very happy about it. You need to have or hire quality control personal before sending your items to the public as thiswould only harm your thrust and reputation. I hope that youfix this matter.
