Checking out was a little difficult. I missed the teeny-tiny box with the Prop 65 warning, and couldn't figure out why I couldn't submit my order. Otherwise, finding what I needed was fairly easy and filling out the blanks was simple.

Needed to order some new fitness mats. We really liked the original batch we bought from Perform Better so decided to go with them again. Things have changed a little since we last ordered so I called to double check about the distance between the eyelets on fitness mats before ordering. The rep I spoke to was very helpful, kind, and professional. Ordered yesterday and already received an email saying that the order has been shipped (less than 24 hours later!).

My order arrived very quickly. The product is smaller and tighter than I expected.

The actual mini-band product is a good one. However, I was surprised by the $9+ charge for shipping something that could have been placed inside a small envelope. Alas, when the product arrived it was accompanied by a thick catalog. So I basically paid them to send me marketing material. No doubt I am on their mailing list now and will have to spend time opting out of their catalog when I could be ordering pizza.

Hello Rob, I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping costs on your recent order. Like many other companies country-wide, we are experiencing extremely high freight charges that we are hoping will lower over time. That being said, these increases have forced us to raise our shipping costs. The shipping costs assessed are what we are being charged by various carriers. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove shipping costs and the temporary surcharges as soon as feasible. If you ever have any questions about this or any other web related situations, please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to help in any way we can. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]

The PT I saw for rehab after shoulder surgery used Perform Better mini bands so I bought some. Delivery was very fast.
