Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service
I ordered a coffee scrub back in 2021, but instead received a green coffee supplement—completely different from the product I ordered. I contacted the company multiple times by email asking for the correct item to be sent, but unfortunately received no response. I also tried phoning the contact number provided, but the phone was never answered. Mistakes can happen with online orders, but what really disappointed me was the complete lack of customer service when I tried to have the problem resolved. Despite making several attempts to contact them by both email and phone, I received no assistance whatsoever. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Perfect Supplements. My order was incorrect and, more importantly, there was no meaningful customer service or response when I tried to get the matter resolved.
