Diligent and honest. Purchased a replica for my nephew's 18th. There was an issue with the bezel tip and they issued an immediate refund. While the issue is a quality concern, Cindy was diligent, honest, and prompt with the refund and immediate communication.

Horrible watch. Took a shower with it on and it got wet inside. I was advised to use a hairdryer to get the moister out. Dont waste your money, it's a cheap piece junk. Buy a Seiko instead.

This site has thee most terrible customer service and verifying payment. You can’t use a credit/debit card for transaction over $330. Must be coming from overseas because we don’t operate in the U.S. that way. I tried to echeck twice denied. I pay my car note and many other bills by check no issues. Something isn’t right about this company and my dad has purchased 3 watches from this company. Even then it took CSR to contact him from an UNKNOWN #. I am very skeptical about buying from this company so I stop trying for my own good. Nice watches but not a East way to pay.

Fantastic customer service, they called me when the product shipped, when it left the country when it arrived in the US when it was near my city. Oh also the watch was awesome, I ordered swiss model but it looked flawless when I got it. I wish they would get more models like the hulk in the swiss form factor. Just a great experience tho.
