Received the Rolex watch that I ordered for a gift in a timely manner. The watch looks very nice and realistic. I know that my fiancee' will love it.

We ordered and paid for a watch on 13th April 2020. On 27th April we received an email from perfectrolex.io advising that we had been refunded because due to Covid-19 they were unable to fulfil our order in the timescale provided. No refund has been received as of 27/09/2020 despite numerous attempts requesting payment advice. When we visit perfectrolex site, the sales assistant disappears when trying to chat and their is consistently "an error trying to send our message. Please try again later" We will remove this negative review when perfectrolex.io give us our money back. If you are reading this review you are at serious risk of being scammed. Please Be Aware!!!

This company “Wow’d” me. I was skeptical sending my money in exchange for a Cartier watch from another country. There’s always the fear of unethical sites, but this one is legit! I was so impressed that they called me right after my purchase to confirm receipt of payment and estimated time of arrival. They’re so professional from the start and anytime you send a message they respond immediately. I received my beautiful watch much sooner then they estimated. I love it! I wear it everyday. They called me to make sure I received it and sent a directional video on how to size it. I will definitely be back for another. Thank you for such amazing quality and service.

Very good quality watch. Very good customer service; every email of concern I wrote they responded within the same day or next at latest. Only thing is the time it takes to process order and ship to the US because it’s from Hong Kong. Other then that very pleased.
